This small 16-room ultra-luxury boutique hotel is actually a restored Ottoman yalı (Bosphorus waterfront mansion) in the town of Kanlıca on the Bosphorus. Though the atmosphere recalls the charm of Ottoman times, the guest rooms are chic modern, and the views from the restaurant are spectacular. The drawback?
